Why I'm Running
For too long we have been pitted against each other as neighbors and told excuses about why money for our children' s right to a public education needs to be moved to private entities, why Utah tax dollars should be diverted away from initiatives for better air quality and water conservation and why our cities should bear the brunt of aging infrastructure. I say it’s time to stop with excuses and division. Let’s stand up together, get loud and get something done!
Let’s stand up together and be loud about preserving the proud Utah legacy of public education currently under attack by special interest groups who want to eliminate the efforts of our ancestors. Let’s come together and be loud about why we want to cap our children’s class sizes so students get the quality education they deserve.
Let’s stand up together and be loud about keeping our hard earned tax dollars away from an unaccountable scheme for vouchers and insist investment continues to flow to our public schools.
Let’s stand up together and be loud about why we deserve to have clean air initiatives and water conservation strategies that will leave every constituent in District 14 healthier and ensure a future in the beautiful foothills and valley we all occupy.
Let's stand up together and be loud about supporting our Senior Citizens in District 14 with a property tax subsidy that ensures our aging residents on a fixed income don't need to worry about affordability in what should be some of their best years!
